The
hotel " Paradise" was
built and opened for the first time in 1990.
Since then it has been remotivated two times.
The region where it is located is named "PERIVOLIA",
meaning gardens. This gives the explanation of
why today, 15 years later, the hotel is
surrounded by much greenery that can
be enjoyed from the balconies. |
The family Tzivanakis before creating
this enterprise headed up by the tireless Manolis
Tzivanakis, dealt with various
other businesses, such as bakery, confectionery,
gift shop and souvenirs, and a small guesthouse
as well, one of the first that functioned in Samos.
However, after building the hotel, all the members
of family now deal exclusively with this business.

This is also proven by the many
repeating customers who return to stay at
the hotel. These customers come
from all parts of world, trusting that they
will pass unforgettable holidays.
The hotel, while keeping its traditional
character, is equipped and modernized
almost each year, trying to provide the
best quality service to all customers.

Today, four members of the family, Manolis,
Fofo, Akis, and Juanita work twenty-four
hours per day near each visitor
and, with pleasure, help the customers to
enjoy their stay in an absolutely
quiet and clean environment.
At the same time, the Tzivanakis
family deals with the amateur
production of wine of very good
quality, something that a lot of visitors
have the joy to enjoy and even take with
them when they leave, as one more souvenir
along with the unforgettable memories of
having visited the beautiful island of Samos.
